Each size frame comes in two wood/color option - Maple and Walnut. The wood from these frames are hand milled, cut and assembled pieces of maple and walnut wood, and are truly built to last.
They have a contrasting spline at each connecting corner, which not only gives it a unique aesthetic touch, but also strongly reinforces the connection to insure that the frames are extremely sturdy and long lasting.
While being high quality and sturdy, they're also incredibly lightweight, which makes for an easy hanging process, as all frames come ready to hang! The print is backed by an acid free foam core to preserve the quality of the print, and is finished off with dust barrier to keep dust out, and protect your art from elements like bugs and humidity levels that can damage artwork.
Lastly there are adhesive rubber bumpers attached to the back corners which promotes airflow behind the art and wall, and keeps it steady on the wall.
The frames also include a thick acrylic front, which is just as optically clear as glass, but keeps the art lightweight, shatterproof, and will not yellow over time.
